The Division of Billing and Customer Service is responsible for the reading, repairing, maintenance and proper functioning of water meters, insuring accurate billing at the rates and charges as provided for by ordinance, and the receiving of and adjustment, if necessary, of complaints arising from charges to customers’ accounts resulting from water usage and sewer discharge and treatment.
